Delivery FAQs:

At Designed to Bloom, we are as committed to timely delivery as we are to the quality of our floral arrangements. Here’s what you need to know to ensure your flowers arrive exactly when you need them:

Order Placement

– Advance Orders: To guarantee the availability of specific flowers and arrangements, we recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance.

– Same-Day Deliveries: For those last-minute floral needs, we accept orders up to 2 hours before the desired delivery time, subject to stock availability.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday during our regular business hours. Please note, we’re closed on Sundays and Public Holidays, and orders for these days should be placed well in advance.

– Cowra 2794: Deliveries within Cowra can be completed within 1-2 hours from the time of order confirmation.

– Surrounding Suburbs: For areas outside of Cowra but within our delivery zones, please allow up to 3-4 hours for delivery.

If your order includes specific flowers that are not in stock, we will need to source them for you. In such cases, we request that you place your order at least 1-2 days in advance.

Delivery charges vary by location and will be confirmed at the time of order placement.

During peak times such as major holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, or local events, we advise placing your order well in advance to ensure timely delivery.
For same-day deliveries, the cut-off time is 2 hours before closing. Any orders received after this time will be delivered the following business day.

If you have special delivery instructions or times, please discuss them with us when placing your order. We will do our utmost to accommodate your needs.

Important Notice

Hey there,

Just a quick note to let you know about our upcoming closure:

  • Get your orders in by 12pm on Wednesday, 5th June for delivery on Thursday.
  • We’ll be closed for orders from Thursday, 6th June to Tuesday, 11th June. You can place new orders starting Wednesday, 12th June.
  • Our shopfront will be closed from Friday, 7th June to Wednesday, 12th June.
  • We’ll touch base on Tuesday to finalise any orders. Back to normal hours on Wednesday, 12th June.
